So apparently today is Reformation Day as well as Halloween... not too sure what reformation day celebrations quite entail.... so we winged it. Perhaps in america when you are desperate for a costume, you generally have things like felt, glue, glitter, cardboard at your disposal... not quite as readily available here. So what does a hindustani girl do?? one word: dupattas!!!
BEFORE:::

AFTER::
Meet Fantasia, the flowy fairy
Penelope the prissy parot
and their posse of rebel reformation day rabel.... watch out, parots attack!
J* made us her famous "witches brew with bisque" ok so it may not have been famous yet nor was it really a brew...
for the unimaginative, it could have been vegetable soup with koolaid....
but it was oh so tastey!
Do not let his costume fool you!

i LOVE the bell pepper! :) THe costumes are awesome too! I love it!!!!
Oh the Halloween in C-town. The D's really need to get those columns finished. Haley's nose is bigger than mine and the pirate influence is quite impressive.
It looks like you had so much fun. We didnt have little pumpkins here (NZ) either, so we used oranges.
